Paige Spiranac was born on March 26, 1993, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, United States. Paige Spiranac is the daughter of Dan Spiranac and Annette Spiranac. Her father was a former football player, her mother a professional ballet dancer, and her sister Lexie Spiranac is a Stanford University track and field athlete.

Paige Spiranac enrolled in the Mesa Distance Learning Program to fulfill her high school education. Subsequently, she transitioned to the University of Arizona and later transferred to San Diego State University, where she successfully completed her college education.

Paige Spiranac played college golf at San Diego State University after being ranked as the top junior golfer in her home state of Colorado coming out of high school. Paige Spiranac made her debut on the developmental Cactus Tour at the Las Colinas Club in Queen Creek, Arizona, in May 2016. Notably, she secured her sole tour victory by defeating Hannah O’Sullivan, the then top-ranked amateur in the world. Subsequently, in June 2016, Spiranac claimed the 17th position out of 52 golfers at the Aliante Golf Club. Her competitive spirit continued in July, achieving a seventh-place finish at Walnut Creek in Mansfield, Texas, and making the cut at the Scottish Open in the Ladies’ European Tour.

The following month, Spiranac showcased her skills at the CoBank Colorado Women’s Open in August/September 2016, securing a commendable ninth place. September saw her in a three-way second-place tie at Legacy in Phoenix, Arizona, and she continued her successful streak with another top-five finish at Trilogy in october. In 2018, Paige made her debut as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model.
